Paint clouds on the ceiling, stick airplane decals on the ceiling, stencil airplanes on the wall.
Hang airplanes from the ceiling at different lengths, hot glue toy airplanes to the walls, paint the ceiling fan to look like airplane propellers and for some extra fun, what about an airplane themed bed parked in its own airplane hangar.
